Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched after confirmation, while commissions and made-to-order garments require additional production time.

Tracking details are shared once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the courier.

Because each piece is bespoke, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis when there is damage or a fulfillment issue.
